OVERVIEW

Ducati sought to redesign its dealer business and operating model, processes and tools, and align them to leading industry practices. Ducati turned to Accenture to design, develop, test and implement the new dealer communication application for mobile devices called Ducati Communication System (DCS), an SAP-based interface that lets dealers easily find, send and receive all the information they need to place orders and track them through production and delivery.

OVERVIEW

Accenture came to TBWA with the problem, that currently college students are choosing to take a job at Google, Facebook, Mckinsey, IBM, etc rather than working for Accenture. Through a disruption workshop with Accenture we created a recruitment campaign that will engage students early & continuously throughout their college experience. Forging relationships with top students early on will educate students on Accenture and the Fortune 500 companies the work with. This recruitment campaign contains Accenture's 5 business units: Accenture Strategy, Accenture Digital, Accenture Consulting, Accenture Technology, Accenture Operations. For our campus takeover we had Teaser posters, day before posters, day of info-session posters, and post info session posters. Colors represent the five business units of Accenture visiting campus.
