In order for Citi to succeed, we all need to feel like we’re truly valued for who we are. That’s why Citi is creating a workplace where everyone can contribute their unique perspective and act as a catalyst for progress.
Through candid portraiture, we captured the vibrant individuals that make up Citi’s diverse workforce. In a combination of photography and video, employees were encouraged to be their most authentic selves.
